Data Preferences
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This page explains how to contact Smora Digital about your privacy rights, marketing communications and website tracking preferences. We offer a direct email request channel while an automated privacy-preferences tool is being assessed.
1. Request access, correction or deletion
You can ask what personal information we hold about you and, where applicable, request a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to particular processing. Send an email to info@smoradigital.com with the subject Data Protection Request.
To help us locate your records, tell us the email address you used to contact us and what you would like us to do. Please do not include passwords or identity-document scans in your first message. We may ask for reasonable identification if needed to protect your information.
2. Response times
Where the GDPR applies, we normally must respond to a rights request without undue delay and within one month of receipt; this may be extended in qualifying circumstances, with an explanation. Some rights have legal exceptions, including record-keeping duties.
3. Optional marketing communication
If you received marketing email from Smora Digital and wish to stop, use the unsubscribe method in that message where available or email info@smoradigital.com with Unsubscribe from Marketing. An ordinary project enquiry should not automatically be treated as consent to ongoing promotional email.
4. Cookies and tracking
Read our Cookie Policy for a description of cookie categories and the outstanding technical review. There is not yet a verified, functioning cookie-preference centre linked from this page. You may clear or block cookies through your browser, or email us with concerns. These actions do not replace the site’s responsibility to obtain valid consent before setting non-essential cookies; implementation and testing remain required.
5. Privacy questions and complaints
